We’ll be leaving some snacks and drinks out each week to support you through the exam period. While you’re focused on studying remember to get something to eat and drink regularly. This will help you maintain your energy levels and stay hydrated so you can do your best.
There will also be some mindfulness art therapy to try- sheets of paper with designs for you to colour in with colouring pencils left in communal areas. Take a short break to refresh your mind in between studying and exams.
One day a week during exams there will be something to help keep you going and on Fridays something to help you relax and unwind. Everyone needs a break sometimes.
