Having only just started at Glasgow Uni this semester it has been an extremely big change from school, however my sport has helped me in this transition.
I transferred to a National 1 hockey club in Glasgow which meant that I became a social member of the hockey club at Glasgow Uni, and this has allowed me to meet so many people which I have something in common with. I have also started Yoga classes which are at various times during the week to make it accessible for everyone to take part.
The Stevenson building has great facilities within itself. Having to travel to training 3 times a week including games at the weekend which could be in Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee, I need to have my car at Uni, however there is so much space to park at Queen Margaret, I always get a space outside my door!
