Roof Anchors at KHR
Our contractors will be attending Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 May to carry out checks/repair to the roof. Access is not required to flats/rooms however, they will be working in your landing and on the roof.
The Riverside Festival - Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 May
There will be a festival at The Riverside Museum which will take place in and around the Tall Ship and around the Event Square, please note there may be some noise. However we have been advised that they will be monitoring any noise and there is an 11pm cut off. For further information please see www.riversidefestivalglasgow.com

National Student Housing Survey
Thank you to everyone who has filled in the survey so far. It’s still on-going, so come to reception and spend a few minutes completing the survey and you could win some great prizes!
We will be offering a free laundry token as well as a shot at the Sanctuary Students Tombola to all residents who either complete the survey online or at Reception. In order to get the free laundry token, all we need is to be shown the completion code, which can be is given at the end of the survey.
Evening / weekend departures
If you are moving out when Reception is shut, please contact our LSAs during the day or security guard during the night to arrange handing in your keys at Cairncross Reception. Contact details can be found in the departure envelope.
Moving out of halls? Give it, don't bin it!
Sanctuary Students have teamed up with British Heart Foundation shops to help them generate vital stock from all unwanted items. Collection point is located within Cairncross House common room.
As students are starting to move out of the residences, please make sure that all mail sent to your flat is redirected to an onwards address. Please log on to the below link for advice on how to redirect post - www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/redirection
Housekeeping – all of KHR
Now that tenants are starting to leave, can we please remind you to ensure all food in fridge / freezers are disposed of. If you have any unopened dry goods (pasta, tins, sauce jars etc), please note that they can be handed into Reception where we will arrange to pass them onto a charity at the end of term. Please note that the room should be left in the condition it was found.
Our staff will also attend to clean any vacant rooms in flats.
