What's on in Kelvinhaugh Residences
Can we please remind you to ensure all windows and doors of your room/flat are locked when the room/flat is;
- not occupied
- at night, especially the ground floor and first floor flats to prevent any unauthorised access!
All information regarding what’s on, access requirements for routine checks and inspections, etc. will be featured on UofGLiving. We will also email you with updates regarding your flat to your University email; make sure you check it regularly.
Please complete the comments card you received in your envelope and return it to our office.
Free Sanitary Products
Hygiene products now available in the following laundries: Cairncross House and Kelvinhaugh Gate.
Student Services can assist you if you have any enquiries about your Accommodation Fees, Direct Debits, Bank Letter or your MyCampus Account.

Proof of address
Proof of address for banks: Please log onto your MyGlasgow page. Please note that this letter has to be stamped by Student Services. They are located on the 2nd floor of the Fraser Building.
Proof of address for police: Please log onto your MyAccommodation Account. This letter does not need to be stamped by Student Services.
Access to Rooms
Please note that the University (or persons acting with the authority of the University) will normally give at least 24 hours prior notice of its intention to carry out such inspections or works except in the case of emergency where no such notice will be required.
