Circuit have also taken the time to create how to use videos to ensure that the machines are used correctly.

If you need to report a fault please have the following information to give to Circuit, Machine number and is it a washer/dryer

You can self report a problem to Circuit using the following link https://www.circuit.co.uk/machine-faults-and-breakdowns/

or telephone 0800 092 4068

Safety Advice

  • If your bike shed has a code please do not give anyone the code

  • We recommend when locking up your bike you use a D -lock and not the  wrap round coil/cable ones as these have proven to be very easily broken into in previous years by thieves.

  • Remember to lock up the bike shed after use - don’t give the bike thieves easy opportunities to remove.
