Pancake Day

Thank you to all the students who came along to the Pancake Days held on site. The best dressed Pancake Winner was Petya Ivanova who won the £25 Amazon Voucher.

Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year is on Friday 16th February 2018. In order to celebrate the Year of the Dog, Sanctuary Students are arranging a day of celebration in Murano Street CSB and throughout the site on.

A hunt to find several dog posters is going to be arranged, where the posters will be spread throughout the site.  You will have the chance of winning a £25 voucher! So as soon as all the posters have been found, make sure you bring the location card to Reception as soon as possible in order to have a chance to win the voucher!

A quiz is also going to be arranged on everything you should know about the Chinese New Year. The winner will receive a Chinese cooking hamper with all sorts of goodies in it.

So why not pop down to Reception where you can find out more about what we have in store!

Communication

At present we are having problems with sending out emails to your University email accounts regarding repair updates and emails for access to your flats.  Any issues with anyone in your flat please call reception 0141 895 3390 for confirmation.

Telephones

Bedroom telephone lines are no longer in use. If you need to contact our office to report a repair or for an emergency situation please dial 0141 895 3390. This is the number that you would dial if you require assistance from a member of our Living Support Assistant Team outwith our office opening times.

Keys

Also if you have been issued with a temporary key can this be returned to reception as soon as possible or it will cost £20 for a replacement.

Murano Street Student Village Block Doors

Please do not kick or damage any of our block doors on site.  These doors are in place to make your flat and bedrooms more secure.  Any issues with the block door damage will be referred to the Police for investigating.

Bikes & Cars

If you have a bike on our site that has not been registered can you please do this as soon as possible.

Morrison's Data Services

Will be in your flats to carry out electrical meter readings over the next week they only require access to public areas only.
