Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony
Why not come along and support your country at the LSA’s Olympic Opening Ceremony gathering on Friday 9th Feb from 7pm in the lounge area? There’ll be free pizza, drinks and snacks and a B.Y.O.B (Bring Your Own Booze) policy.
Got a sweet tooth? Then why not pop down to reception for a quick sugar fix on Tuesday 10th between 8am and 12pm for some pancakes/crumpets or scones with topping of your choice.
Anyone fancy winning a £25.00 Amazon voucher?
Come along to reception and put Mary Berry to shame by having a go at designing the most attractive/delicious pancakes made, we’ll take photos and choose a worthy winner!
Glasgow Transport Museum
Riverside Museum is Glasgow's award-winning transport museum. With over 3,000 objects on display there's everything from skateboards to locomotives, paintings to prams and cars to a Stormtrooper. Get hands on with their interactive displays. Walk through Glasgow streets and visit the shops, bar and subway.
Why not pop down to reception on Tues 13th February from 5pm - 7pm to our Assistant Manager's surgery where you will meet Victoria our Assistant Accommodation Manager, who will be able to answer any queries or questions you may have.
Burns Competition Winner
