Reporting a Maintenance Problem
Sometimes things break or stop working...
To report a fault or a maintenance problem, just log on to Online Maintenance Reporting.
Select your residence and fill in the details.
Try to include as much detail as possible when reporting a problem - if there's not enough information to let us know what's wrong, this can delay your repair. Tell us exactly what the problem is, where it is and let us know your full contact details so we can let you know when it's been resolved.
If it's an emergency repair (such as no heating, hot water, broken windows, leaks, broken locks and jammed doors), this needs to be reported immediately to your site office (or your Living Support Team if your office is closed).
Please report faults as soon as you find them so we can have the issue rectified as soon as possible. For example, if your heating doesn't work in September, don't wait until it's cold in October to report it.
