To report a fault or a maintenance problem, just log on to Online Maintenance Reporting.
Select your residence and fill in the details.
Try to include as much detail as possible when reporting a problem. Tell us exactly what the problem is, where it is and let us know your full contact details so we can let you know when it's been resolved.
If it's an EMERGENCY repair (such as no heating, hot water, broken windows, broken locks and jammed doors), this needs to be reported immediately to your site office.
