By EMeyer 31 Aug 2017

Hi Folks,

Throughout your stay at Maclay this year we have a bunch of events planned to help you not only get to know everyone else here onsite but also to help you relax from your studies!

This is just a wee snippet of what's to come, and do check UofGLiving regularly and events may be subject to change.

  • Freshers Week (11-17th September)
During Freshers week we will have some extra teas and coffees available from our common room to help with Jetlag and to get you going for the day.
  • CPR Training (23rd September)
Our common room plays host to our free CPR training. Want to save lives, this is the place to be. Run in conjuction with the British Heart Foundation this event is booked fast so check your emails nearer the date!
  • Halloween (31st October)
Spooky things are happening this time of year! Pop into the common room for all halloween related things, including bopping for apples!
  • Burns Night (28th January)
To celebrate Scotlands national Poet Robert Burns our common room will have some wee scottish snacks and drinks available!
  • Valentines Day (14th February)
What better way to celebrate love than by eating copious amounts of chocolate available from our common room?

This is just a wee taster of what's planned, check out UofG Living and your student email for all events!
