2017 was a memorable year for lots of different reasons but it's all about making 2018 bigger and better.
As well as trying to stick to your New Years resolutions, there are many other things to look forward to this year. Here are the most exciting ones, we think anyway...

Again, even if you don't love them, this is kind of a big deal! After announcing their engagement in November, Prince Harry is due to marry Meghan Markle in May 2018. Are you team Harry and Meghan or Wills and Kate? - 2018 FIFA World Cup
This year the tournament makes its way around Russia. If the qualifiers are anything to go by, it's bound to be an exciting year! We still can't believe that Italy aren't going to be in the World Cup for the first time since 1958. With Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales knocked out, we've all got to back England! - Commonwealth Games
Australia hosts this years' games in April and if you thought the World Athletic Championships in London were good, wait for this! Without Bolt and Mo Farah, it's time for the next big stars to step up. - A new Doctor
Following her first appearance in the Christmas special, Jodie Whittaker will star in the new series as Doctor Who. She is the first woman to play the role and Bradley Walsh is her sidekick - we love change! - Second series of Making a Murderer
If you weren't one of the MANY people hooked on the first Netflix series, where were you?! Catch up before series 2 is released to find out more in the next stage of Steven Avery's life because no doubt there will be even more drama. - Incredibles 2
Finally! We've only been waiting for this for 14 years! The sequel is expected to be great (rightly so) as we catch up with Mr Incredible, Elastigirl and co this summer. - Deadpool 2
Another sequel hitting screens in 2018 is the Marvel action-comedy starring Ryan Renolds. It's easily one of the best Marvel films released last year! Watch this hilarious teaser if you can't wait 'til June. - Red Dead Redemption II
Into gaming? Look out for this game this year. If GTA is your thing, you'll love this. It's set in the Wild West and follows a very interesting storyline. If you have PS4 or an Xbox, keep your eyes peeled. - More great festivals
Just because Glasto is taking a year off, doesn't mean there aren't plenty of other great festivals happening! Not only is Bruno Mars headlining BST Hyde Park but BBC have a new festival 'The Biggest Weekend' that is predicted to host huge names!
