About Wellbeing Wednesdays

  • Learn to develop resilience, skills, confidence and knowledge to manage your own mental and physical wellbeing
  • Learn techniques that focus on personal development
  • Learn to flourish in all aspects of university life and beyond

What to expect

  • One hour sessions running on Wednesdays
  • Individual exercises including tools to use for reflection and practice
  • Small group discussions
  • All sessions will be delivered by a professional

How to book into Semester 1 & 2 Wellbeing Workshops

  • Booking is required for these workshops and are open to College of Social Sciences undergraduate students only
  • If you are a College of Social Sciences' undergraduate student and would like to book into a wellbeing workshop in semester 1 or 2, you can do so through the College of Social Sciences Under Graduate Wellbeing Moodle
  • All CoSS undergraduate students will receive an enrollment key via email at the beginning of Semester 1 to access the moodle page

How to book into Active Lifestyle Sessions

  • You can book into an Active Lifestyle session using the UofG Welcome App
  • Active Lifestyle sessions are open to all UofG students
