UofG Sport Weekly Outdoor Workouts
Weekly outdoor workouts commencing Monday 19th April 2021
Sore? Stiff? Stressed out with exams? Want to get moving?
Come join Sam and Jacqui (UofG Sport's Active Lifestyle Well-being co-ordinators) for an outdoor lunchtime exercise session specifically for students.
These free sessions take place every week and are suitable for all fitness levels. Meet Sam and Jacqui at the reception of your halls of residence just before 12:15pm. Classes are 45 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water and a yoga mat (if you have one).Please bring your mobile phone. On arrival, we will ask you to scan a QR code and sign into the session for track and protect purposes. You will not be permitted to join class if you do not adhere to this.
